Privacy and cookies

This page explains what nvision-data.com processes, why, and how to change your choice. Hosting processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site. When you contact us, we process the details you provide to respond. Measurement cookies depend on your consent choice.

Project briefs and interactive demos

When you submit a project brief, we store your email, selected services, goal, budget preference and timing in a private Supabase database so we can respond. A request reference prevents duplicate submissions. A keyed hash of the request IP supports temporary abuse limits; the enquiry record does not store the raw IP. Hosting providers still process technical request data.

The measurement self-check keeps answers in the current page; its download is generated in your browser. The Looker Studio report, when available, connects to Google only after you choose to load it and uses synthetic demonstration data. Email draft and copy options do not themselves send a message.

We retain enquiry records while needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. They do not automatically enrol you in marketing messages. You can request access, correction or deletion at andy@nvision-data.com.

Who is responsible

Nvision Data Solutions SRL, registered in Romania under J40/4857/07.05.2020 with tax ID RO42482410, is the controller for this site. Contact: andy@nvision-data.com or +40 750 404 005.

What we collect and why

When you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, if we work together, to prepare an offer and a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

When you accept measurement cookies, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Hotjar record how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on contact links, device type and approximate location. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Before you choose, Google tags run in Consent Mode with storage denied. They send signals without cookies or identifiers, and Hotjar does not load.

Who else processes data

Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager), Hotjar Ltd (behaviour analytics) and Vercel Inc. (hosting, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site). Where these providers transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the safeguards set out in their terms.

How long we keep it

Emails and offers are kept as long as needed to reply and, for clients, for the period Romanian accounting law requires for contracts and invoices. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property, and cookies expire as listed below.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy in a portable format. Write to andy@nvision-data.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.

Cookies, set only after you accept

These first-party cookies are set on nvision-data.com by the tags we use. None of them is set if you choose Necessary only.
