Terms of service
These governing terms apply to your access to and use of nvision-data.com and our connected social publishing application at https://social.nvision-data.com, operated by Nvision Data Solutions SRL, under Romanian and European Union (EU) law. Separate written proposals and contracts govern commercial client engagements.

This website (nvision-data.com) and the social publishing application (https://social.nvision-data.com) are operated by Nvision Data Solutions SRL, a Romanian limited liability company registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/4857/07.05.2020, tax identification number (CUI) RO42482410.

Permitted use of the website
You may browse nvision-data.com, read our articles, use the interactive measurement readiness self-check and demonstration reports, and submit genuine business enquiries.
You agree not to misuse the site or its endpoints (/api/enquiries, /api/whatsapp), attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication gates, or access controls (including restricted areas and private proposal links), run automated scraping or denial-of-service traffic against our infrastructure, or submit false, unlawful, or third-party confidential data without authorization.
Services are scoped and quoted per engagement
Descriptions of services, indicative packages, hourly rates, timelines, audit examples, and interactive tools on nvision-data.com are published for general information only and do not constitute a binding commercial offer or automatic booking under Romanian law.
Submitting a project brief on the site, downloading a self-check summary, or contacting us by email or WhatsApp does not create a client relationship, reservation, or obligation to perform work.
Every analytics, reporting, automation, or software engineering engagement is scoped and quoted individually. A binding agreement arises only when both Nvision Data Solutions SRL and the client confirm a written proposal or sign a service agreement specifying the agreed deliverables, prerequisites, schedule, fees (in EUR, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise), and payment terms.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on nvision-data.com — including text, articles, visual design, custom illustrations, software code, and the nVision Data name and wordmark — is owned by Nvision Data Solutions SRL or its licensors and is protected by Romanian, European Union, and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view, link to, and print public pages or your own readiness self-check output for internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our site copy, code, or articles for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Intellectual property rights in client deliverables are governed by the applicable written client contract and transfer or licence upon payment as specified in that contract.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Public content on nvision-data.com, including articles, audit examples, the measurement readiness self-check, and Looker Studio demonstrations, is provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes and does not constitute tailored legal, tax, or technical advice. Audit case studies reflect observations on specific past projects and do not guarantee identical outcomes on other websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Romanian law, Nvision Data Solutions SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising out of your browsing of nvision-data.com, reliance on general site content, or third-party platform API interruptions, rate limits, or policy changes on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, or X.
Our liability for services delivered under a commercial client engagement is governed by the terms and liability cap agreed in the written contract for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Romanian law.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law.
If a concern or dispute arises, please contact us first at andy@nvision-data.com so we can try to resolve it amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania having jurisdiction over the registered office of Nvision Data Solutions SRL.
Social publishing application (https://social.nvision-data.com)
Nvision Data Solutions SRL operates a self-hosted instance of Postiz (licensed under AGPL-3.0) on Oracle Cloud infrastructure (European Union home region) at https://social.nvision-data.com to manage, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts), TikTok, and X for our own brands (including nVision Data and Spotivibly, in separate brand workspaces) and authorized accounts.
Use of https://social.nvision-data.com and its platform integrations is subject to the following rules:
