nVision / Services

Practical software. Carefully applied AI.

Web applications and workflow automation built from a clear problem, with reusable foundations and explicit checks around access, data and AI output.

For teams replacing repetitive handoffs, testing a new digital service or connecting tools that currently need manual coordination.

Indicative timing

Discovery and a focused prototype typically take 1–2 weeks. A production release may take 3–8 weeks or more, depending on integrations, data sensitivity and review requirements.

These ranges are indicative, not guaranteed deadlines. Schedule and proposal follow an assessment of your requirements.

01

What we deliver

  1. A scoped workflow and acceptance criteria that define what success means.
  2. A prototype or implementation with the agreed user journeys, integrations and error states.
  3. Access controls, usage limits and human review points appropriate to the workflow.
  4. Deployment documentation, relevant verification evidence and a maintenance handover.

02

What we need

  • An owner for the workflow, representative examples and decisions about what can be automated.
  • Access to required APIs and a clear policy for the data the application may process.
  • An agreed budget for infrastructure and AI usage, plus reviewers for acceptance.

Why it matters

Test a specific idea before committing to a larger build.

Reduce repetitive work while retaining review for consequential actions.

Reuse proven modules where they fit instead of rebuilding every foundation.

Boundaries and scope

AI can produce incorrect output. We define checks and fallbacks rather than promising autonomous accuracy. Third-party approvals, migration complexity and ongoing provider fees can affect cost and timing.

Practical questions

Can a reusable module make delivery faster?

Yes, when its behavior and dependencies match the need. Integration, security and acceptance checks still matter; a module is not a guarantee of a one-day launch.

Do we need AI for every workflow?

No. Deterministic automation is often simpler and easier to verify. We use AI when interpreting unstructured information adds useful value.

What happens after launch?

The handover covers operation and known limits. Monitoring, support, changes and provider costs are agreed explicitly rather than assumed to be included forever.
